Colour Pallets

These are the ten colour pallets that I thought would go well with my magazine and the colours would contrast each other so that I am able to write on any of the colours that I have chosen. In my opinion I like the colour pallets with red and yellow in them the most as it connotes danger or urgency and I think that this will grab the audiences attention the most. Also due to research I have found out that most of the magazines of the genre indie/rock choose the colour pallets with black, red and yellow. 
Both of these magazines use red black and white however kerrang use yellow too. I think this is interesting however there are too many colours on the page and I would like to keep my magazine simple and less busy than this, and therefore I'm going to use a three colour pallet like NME magazine. 
  After consideration I would like to use this colour pallet of: Black, White and Red. This means that when creating my magazine I am able to put things I would like to stand out in the colour red, also I can write in any colour on any colour background as they all contrast each other and therefore will work well.
