Audience Profile

Due to research I have decided to aim my magazine at teenagers aged 16-21 and mostly males because the audience research that I conducted showed me that this would be the best audience and therefore would sell more copies of my magazine.
Name: Matty Copson
Occupation: Finishing off an apprenticeship at a tattoo shop in Leicester "devils own"  as he loves art and the city life, he also has tattoos himself.
Music: Loves Skrillex and remix music as well as rock bands and alternative such as The 1975.
Clothing: Anything that fits, loves denim and leather. Buys from vintage shops around the town.
Information: Matty is constantly busy with work and trying to complete the course so that he can become a tattoo artist himself. In his spare time he likes to draw, listen to and play music (guitar) and also has a keen interest in following live bands around the country.

  1. I like how specific you are with your target audience. You have a clear idea about what age group you're aiming at and what type of person they are.

  2. Good start but I think there is more you can add. Look at some of the top band blogs for further inspiration and make sure you've covered everything from the audience profile sheet - what about other media consumption habits?
